  I use to go here everyday until I realized how they charge for their drinks! Even though their sign states that a 12 oz drink comes with 1 shot of coffee, a 16 oz drink comes with 2 and the larger ones, I believe, come with 3, they only actually put ONE SHOT of coffee in each drink (even in a 24 oz drink!!!) and then charge you on top of that for anything over one shot of coffee. Also, their sugar free flavors (powdered chocolates) are also used to capitalize on. So for a 12oz sugar free mocha with 2 shots of coffee I was paying almost $4. HOW RIDICULOUS is this?
  
  On another,semi-related note (regarding cheapness), they have a free drink system. Buy 10 get the next one free. What they don't tell you is that you only get "stamps" for drinks with coffee in them. In short, they will not give you stamps for steamers, blended drinks (which are often WAY more than a coffee drink in price), italian sodas ect ect.
  
  My mom actually did a test. She marked down everytime she bought a COFFEE drink, she would give them her card to scan and then write it down on a piece of paper she kept in her truck. When she reached 10 COFFEE drinks, she asked if she had a free coffee and they said "No, you only have 2 stamps on your card"....curiious...I think after going to this place for two years about 3-4 times a week she maybe got 2 free drinks ever.
  
  Bottom line: the owner is a FANTASTIC business woman in the sense that she knows how to make small things add up...however, she is very cheap and really takes advantage of her customers. Only putting one tiny straw in drinks instead of two I suppose, pays off in the end. I guess that is why she can afford to wear those Juicy Couture sweat suits. LOL!

  Drinks overpriced staff rude and slow taking time to make their own drinks before taking care of customers or talking to their friends on the cell phone. I avoid this place as much as possible.
