  None of the staff acknowledged me or my girlfriend when we came in. Stood around for about 10 minutes then went and sat ourselves at the bar. The hands down WORST meatloaf and mashed potatoes ever. The potatoes were translucent. Not quite white. Almost clear. Instant ones. The meatloaf I think was browned ground hamburger with onions then smashed into the shape of a "slice" with the spatula put on a plate falling apart. Everything covered with a cheap generic powdered brown gravy. Not what I expected from a country restaurant. The server was nice. Should have went to Burger King.

  Ordered the biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was a giant blob (read cow pie) that was sitting in a bath of butter, overcooked on the outside in an attempt to get the center done... it wasn't. The gravy was completely bland without basic spices and no meat or anything else to add flavor. Just awful. Hint: If you can't make gravy, buy it from food service. And, the cow poop biscuit is novel, but very impractical, and doesn't need butter when it's gonna be covered in gravy. Beer selection is very poor... No dark beer at all.
